Your core tasks
  • Preparation of care anamneses, care plans taking into account individual biographical surveys as well as the evaluation of care plans in cooperation with the nursing and therapeutic team and integration of relatives as far as possible.
  • Acting on one's own responsibility on the basis of the respective individual care plans
  • Independent assumption of necessary nursing and caring tasks within the framework of the nursing care of reference patients
  • Special willingness to communicate in contact with mentally ill / addicted people and integration of relatives or carers
  • Independent organisation of duty shifts within the framework of your nursing responsibilities
  • Nursing supervision of doctor's visits and implementation of all medically prescribed treatment care measures
