The University Clinical Hospital in Bialystok is one of the largest hospitals in Poland and the region and the most modern public hospital in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. The most specialised services are provided here under contract with the Podlasie branch of the National Health Fund and under agreements with the Ministry of Health. The most difficult cases from the medical point of view, requiring highly specialised knowledge and excellent equipment, are hospitalised here. As a university hospital, our role is also to provide pre- and postgraduate training for medical staff, as well as scientific and research activities aimed at developing medicine and improving the quality of treatment.
