Your tasks

• Technical management of the security staff and thus link between the technical management and the subordinate employees
• Instruction of security staff and induction of new colleagues
• Responsibility for the observance of occupational safety during the shift
• Ensuring a smooth shift and implementing necessary changes to the duty roster
• Property / plant security tasks, including commissioning of control patrols and alarm tracking
• Duty documentation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness and taking measures in case of quality deviations
• Trustful cooperation with all contact persons of the hospital

Your profile

• You have at least successfully completed training as a security specialist or have comparable qualifications and experience.
• You have several years of professional experience in property protection
• You have approx. 2 years of management experience
• You are confident in using a PC
• You have a very good command of German and a basic knowledge of English
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts and weekends
• You have a class B driving licence
• You have a police clearance certificate without any criminal records
• You have very good manners, strong conflict resolution and communication skills, team spirit, organisational and decision-making skills.
