Your tasks

• Your wide-ranging tasks include the preparation of projections, reports and statistics
• You determine the personnel-related material and personnel costs for the annual business plan
• By analysing and evaluating key figures and data, you derive fields of action and pragmatic solutions
• You advise and support the management, the departmental management and the managers of the institution in all personnel controlling questions, especially in personnel planning and personnel management during the year.
• As part of a team, you will develop and further design the instruments for personnel controlling

Your profile

• You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in HR controlling, preferably in the health care sector
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy working on complex tasks
• You are confident with IT systems, especially MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP HCM would be advantageous.
• A pronounced affinity for numbers, analytical and conceptual thinking and a structured way of working are essential
• You enjoy actively helping to shape a wide range of topics together with other professional groups and are enthusiastic about implementing the very dynamic changes in health policy.
